Lambi, May 17:Punjab Minister Navjot Singh Sidhu delivered a 55-minute-long fiery speech in Lambi, targeting PM Narendra Modi, Badals and Bikram Majithia.
Without naming Capt Amarinder Singh or anyone else, Sidhu said this was a friendly match but asks voters not to sell their votes. The Congressmen were left confused wondering whom he targeted with his words of “75/25 hissa”.
“Thok deyo ohna nu jihna ne beadbi kiti. Jihna de 75/25 hisse, ohna nu vi thok deyo,” said Sidhu in his speech. He said he was independent today.
“I quit from the Rajya Sabha and now will quit again everything over sacrilege issue if the Badals, the real culprits of sacrilege incidents, are not booked.”
Sidhu said he would come bare feet to Takht Damdama Sahib if the Congress won Bathinda seat.
The public listened to him with pindrop silence.
