Chandigarh, July 29: The Met Department has issued a forecast of light to moderate rain in the coming few days. The intensity of the rain is likely to increase after July 31 in the tricity.
According to the weatherman, light to moderate rain (2 to 4 cm) is likely to continue in parts of Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh during the next 24 to 36 hours.
The rain is likely to increase after July 31. “From July 31 to August 2, there will be an increase in the rainfall. With this, the maximum temperature is likely to see a dip,” said the weatherman.
