Jammu, July 31st: On the directions of Director School Education Jammu, Ms. Anuradha Gupta, District Institute of Education and Training (DIET), Jammu organized a 3-day Workshop on Administrative skills for the Principals and Headmasters of Jammu district under SAMAGRA SHIKSHA at Teachers Bhawan Gandhi Nagar that started on 29.07.2019 and concluded today on 31.07.2019.
The workshop was inaugurated by worthy Director School Education Jammu Ms. Anuradha Gupta.
While interacting with HOIs of Jammu District, Ms. Anuradha Gupta stressed upon the implementation of innovative methods and techniques to enhance the quality of education and at the same making the system more accountable and effective. Institution Heads have been asked to ensure that the academic calendar of each school is displayed at a prominent place, online monitoring portal has been made compulsory, quality improvement initiatives like shining star have been kick started, School House System also has been implemented to ensure efficiency at school level.
159 Principals and Headmasters from all the 15 zones of Jammu district participated in the workshop, organized under the overall supervision of smt Tripta Manyal HOD (Course Coordinator) and Poonam Sharma HOD.
Principal DIET Jammu, Sh. Roshan Lal, who was monitoring the workshop, presented the vote of thanks at the end of the event.
