Gurdaspur, October 5: SAD president Sukhbir Badal on Saturday backed the SGPC in the ongoing tussle with the Punjab government.
The SAD president said the government’s ministers, including SS Randhawa and Charanjit Channi, have no locus-standi to talk to the SGPC on holding Kartarpur corridor functions.
Badal said like the SGPC cannot hold a Cabinet meeting, same way the government also cannot interfere in the religious affairs of Sikhs.
He said Kartarpur corridor function should be organised by the SGPC.
