Jammu, March 5th: In order to bring transparency and set up a system of ‘checks and balances’ the Directorate Of School Education Jammu has ordered the Chief Education Officers of all the districts of Jammu Division to create a help desk in their office premises for redressal of complaints against private schools.
The order issued by the Director School Education Jammu Ms. Anuradha Gupta reads “Its is hereby ordered that each Chief Education Officer shall create a helpdesk in his/her office for redressal of complaints against private schools functioning in Jammu division. CEOs shall nominate a Nodal officer for the redressal and timely disposal of these complaints.”
Joint Directors have been asked to take regular review of the redressal of the complaints thus received and keep the Directorate informed updated about the status of such complaints and suggestions.
The order copy available with PAIGAAM reads, “All respective Jt. Directors shall take regular review of redressal of these complaints and shall send reports to the Directorate.”
