Private School Students’ And Parents’ Complaints To Be Adressed On Spot: Ms. Anuradha Gupta
Jammu: Much to the relief of private school students and their parents, Director School Education Jammu, Ms. Anuradha Gupta, has ordered ‘On The Spot’ redressal of their complaints and greviences. The directions have come at a time when self style representatives of parents are issuing misguiding statements and creating confusions among the students and their parents.
Coming to the rescue of the students and their parents, Ms. Anuradha Gupta divulged that a series of online video conferences and webinars will be organised for them and the representatives of school management will also be asked to join in for the redressal of issues, if any, concerning their schools.
Order issued by the Director School Education reads ” As per the commitment of Directorate of School Education Jammu
regarding redressal of complaints of parents of private schools’ students and
in-order to have a direct interface with parents, a series of Video-Conferences/
Webinars is proposed to be organised for addressing their queries as well as
on-spot redressal of grievances.
For this purpose, Online Google Form link has been generated which is available on the official website of the Directorate – schedujammu.nic.in , for
registration of complaints and grievances in respect of Private Schools.
Link for the Video Conference and Webinar schedule shall be shared via registered email of the
complainant.
The representatives of Private Schools shall also be requested to be
part of these webinars for resolution of disputes, if any, concerning their
schools”.
