JAMMU: To embrace the festivity and the spirit of Christmas, Directorate of School Education Jammu organised a colorful cultural extravaganza in which school students from all the districts of Jammu division participated, bringing out different aspects of Christ’s life to the forefront.
Ms. Anuradha Gupta, Director School Education Jammu, chief guest on the occasion, while emphasizing on the social function of a festival said that, ” It is an occasion when people come together, cultures assimilate and we get to purge ourselves of the negativity, invigorating us for our future endeavors”. Wishing a merry Christmas to students, teachers and other staff members on behalf of the entire staff of DSEJ, she prayed for the heath and prosperity of everyone.
Deputy Director ( Planning ) DSEJ, Ms. Mamta Sharma, in her message on the occasion thanked all the participants and organizers wishing them a merry Christmas.
The programme was organized by the cultural cell of DSEJ and was cordinated by Surjit Singh, Surinder Sharma, Alka Sharma, Ashutosh Sharma, Sadakat Ali Malik and Sohail Wani.
