Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh, Uttar Pradesh Governor Ram Naik and Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will lead the contingent of around 1,000 participants who would attend the fourth International Yoga Day function, to be held at the Raj Bhawan, on Thursday morning.
