Chief Education Officer Kishtwar Conducts Inspection Visit at HSS Dool & GMS Malikpora

Kishtwar: Chief Education Officer Kishtwar, Mr. R K Vesheshta, undertook an inspection visit thursday to Higher Secondary School Dool and GMS Malikpora Dool. The purpose of the visit was to assess the functional and punctuality aspects of the educational staff, as well as to review arrangements for the ongoing 10th Class Regular Exam conducted by JKBOSE.

During the visit, Mr. Vesheshta meticulously checked the attendance register and emphasized the importance of punctuality and the utilization of biometric attendance systems aswell as the Arrival register.

He provided instructions to teachers on the significance of being punctual and stressed the need for vigilance in delivering quality education to students.

“Punctuality among both teachers and students is paramount for maintaining a conducive learning environment,” stated Mr. Vesheshta. “By setting an example of punctuality, teachers instill values of responsibility and respect for schedules in students. Vigilance further allows us to identify challenges and provide necessary support to ensure every student receives adequate attention.”

In addition to inspecting educational functionalities, Mr. Vesheshta assessed infrastructure and PM POSHAN initiatives in the schools. He urged for efforts to bridge educational gaps and ensure the smooth conduct of primary and middle exams currently underway.

Furthermore,CEO Kishtwar Mr. Vesheshta interacted with staff members, providing insightful directives to Head of Institutions (HOIs) regarding the upcoming educational session. He also reviewed Assured Minimum Facilities for polling centers established within these schools.

Mr. Vesheshta emphasized the need for an extracurricular activities calendar for the upcoming educational session, highlighting the importance of holistic student development besides stressed for the regular PTM meetings and strengthening of SMCs in the schools.
