DODA-: A comprehensive one-day workshop was held today at HSS Assar, focusing on the intricacies of annual result formulation and encouraging enrollment in government schools. The workshop was organized under the guidance of the Principal HSS Assar, Smt.Kanta Devi.
Smt.Kanta Devi comprehensively instructed to all teaching faculty on various assessment methodologies and procedures. The speaker emphasized the significance of summative and formative evaluations in identifying areas for student growth and development. Additionally, the teaching staff members received instruction on how to maintain Result Registers that encompass various educational levels, for accurate reporting and analysis of student performance, this step is vital. In addition to evaluations, the workshop underscored the critical urgency of augmenting student enrollment in public institutions. Smt.Kanta implored all the educators to coordinate enrollment campaigns in their respective regions. He emphasised that increasing enrollment would facilitate the provision of equal opportunities for all students by bridging the gap between public and private institutions. The participants expressed their gratitude for the valuable training they received. They acknowledged the practical and applicable nature of the information provided by Smt.Kanta.
Lecturer urdu Dr.Sunil Kumar along with Physical Teacher Sh.Kashmir Singh also encouraged the staff and students to take proactive steps in implementing the enrollment drive program. They emphasized the criticality of guaranteeing equitable access to high-quality education in public schools for all children. The workshop effectively accomplished its intended goals. The participants acquired a comprehensive comprehension of assessments and result formulation, thereby augmenting their capacity to proficiently appraise and communicate student progress. By prioritizing enrollment drive initiatives, greater numbers of students will be able to enroll in the institution, thereby advancing the cause of equal access to education.
