Udhamour: A simple but impresive function was organized at Govt. HSS BAROLLA today under the guidance of the worthy principal, Smt. Pratibha Gupta, wherein students from nursery to 9th class were felicitated.
Dy. Chief Education Officer and the Principal honoured the students by awarding medals to those who stood first, second, and third.
Pertinently, Sh. Dev Raj Gupta, ex-principal, donated stationary items to the students. Mrs. Bandana and Sh. Ram Kumar Gupta contributed by donating uniforms to the students in loving memory of their son, Dr. Rajat Mahajan, the first COVID WARRIOR of UT of Jammu and Kashmir.
In the presence of all the guests, the worthy Deputy Chief Education Officer released the prospectus of the school for the session 2024-25.
Sh. Ashok Kumar, an ex-lecturer, made a valuable addition to the school library by donating a book on Dogra culture, authored by him.
To recognize the contribution of all the guests, momentos were presented to them.
This event served as a platform to celebrate the achievements of the students while marking important additions to the school’s resources because of the generosity of the donors.
