Doda, May 3: One day zonal level school safety training cum orientation program under Samagra Shiksha was organised for Zone Bhagwah and Zone Doda.
The one day program on school safety was concluded in ZEO Office Bhagwah and conference hall of Chief Education Office Doda.
In the program of Teachers of Bhagwah and Doda educational zones of District Doda participated.
The program was inaugurated by Zonal Education Officers concerned at Zonal levels.
During the program the teachers were sensitized about safety of the children in the schools through various means and measures.
The main aim and purpose of the training was to generate awareness amongst teachers on how to make schools a safe and secure zone for students and to highlight their roles and responsibilities.
Mr.Tanveer Ahmed Teacher,Barinder Singh Teacher,Mr.Mohsin Anayat Natnoo Teacher, Mohd.Yousaf Teacher who acted as resource persons for the programme at both zonal level and highlighted the importance of preparing school Disaster Management Plan. The Resource persons also highlighted the safety and precautionary measures to be adopted in the schools to avoid any kind of hazards.
The participants were also given certificate of participation by Zonal Education Officer Bhagwah and Doda.
While concluding the program the both Zonal Education Officers Bhagwah and Doda requested the participants to implement the learning outcomes of the training program in the schools in letter and sprit so that its benefits reach to the students.
The program concluded with motion of thanks to the Zonal Education Officers by the program Coordinators.
