Government Higher Secondary School Boys Doda Takes a Step Towards a Greener Future

Doda October 22-A solidarity program on solid waste management was organized at Government Higher Secondary School Boys Doda, with the goal of educating students on the importance of proper waste disposal.

 

The event was graced by Chief Education Officer Doda Parkash Lal Thapa as the Chief Guest, along with Sh. Ravi Parihar, Executive Officer (EO), Doda, and Dr. Sandeep Kotwal, Assistant Professor, Botany, Government Degree College, Doda, as Guests of Honor.

 

The program highlighted the Expert lectures on solid waste management’s environmental impact with Interactive sessions on best practices for waste reduction and segregation, emphasized individual responsibility in maintaining a clean and healthy environment

 

Under the guidance of Principal Rishi Kumar Manhas, the event was efficiently managed by Uttam Singh, Lecturer in Physics.

 

This initiative showcases the school’s commitment to environmental awareness and community service, encouraging students to adopt eco-friendly habits and contribute to a cleaner and greener Doda.
