Rajouri, November 27: Sh. Bishamber Dass, Chief Education Officer Rajouri, conducted surprise inspections of several schools in Zones Baljarralan and Peeri to review academic performance, monitor infrastructure, and ensure compliance with government directives.
During his visit, the CEO Rajouri inspected HSS Jamola and PS Dhara Jamola in Zone Peeri, along with MS Sayari, MS Bindiand, and NMS Palam in Zone Baljarralan. He engaged directly with students and staff, evaluated academic progress, and issued strict instructions to improve students’ performance to prepare them for competitive environments.
As part of his inspection, Sh. Bishamber Dass assessed the reading and writing abilities of students, encouraging teachers to adopt innovative methods to strengthen these foundational skills. A comprehensive review of the Mid-Day Meal (MDM) program was undertaken, with clear directions to ensure that meals are prepared and served strictly as per the approved menu. Sh. Bishamber Dass emphasized maintaining the nutritional quality of meals to benefit students’ health and well-being.
The CEO also inspected science laboratories in the schools and observed the practical activities conducted by students. He instructed the staff to utilize the laboratories effectively and ensure regular practical sessions, enabling students to familiarize themselves with laboratory equipment and foster hands-on learning in science education.
CEO Rajouri reiterated the importance of holistic education and encouraged teachers to focus on enhancing academic outcomes while providing a conducive learning environment. His proactive approach highlights the administration’s commitment to quality education in the district.
