Rajouri, January 10: Mega APAAR Diwas was celebrated with great enthusiasm in Government and Private Schools across District Rajouri. The event aimed to raise awareness about the importance of APAAR IDs for students, highlighting its role in ensuring seamless record management and access to various educational opportunities.
Chief Education Officer Rajouri, Sh. Bishamber Dass, played an active role in the celebrations by personally visiting multiple schools across the district. During his visits, he engaged in interactive sessions with students, teachers, and parents, explaining the transformative impact of APAAR IDs on the education system. He emphasized that APAAR IDs would serve as unique identifiers for students, ensuring accurate data management and enabling smooth transitions throughout their academic journey.
Speaking to the staff and parents, Sh. Bishamber Dass underscored the need for collective responsibility in achieving 100% registration for APAAR IDs. “The APAAR ID initiative is a revolutionary step towards a more efficient education system. It ensures that every student is accounted for, making our education policies more targeted and impactful,” he remarked.
The CEO’s visits were accompanied by a team from the CEO Office, including Anjna Sharma, District Nodal Officer (DNO) UDISE. She actively briefed the staff about their roles in spreading awareness about APAAR IDs and ensuring their timely creation. She urged teachers to collaborate with parents and students to guarantee that no child is left out of this initiative.
During his visits, Sh. Bishamber Dass appreciated the efforts of schools in organizing awareness campaigns as part of the Mega APAAR Diwas. He praised the dedication of teachers and staff members who conducted workshops, interactive sessions, and demonstrations about the benefits of APAAR IDs. Students were also encouraged to discuss the initiative with their peers and families to amplify its reach.
The Chief Education Officer Rajouri also highlighted how APAAR IDs would streamline various processes. He urged schools to prioritize this task and ensure its completion at the earliest.
