Doda, February 14 – Mohammad Hafiz, the Chief Education Officer (CEO) of Doda, today chaired a virtual meeting with the district’s Principals and Headmasters to discuss preparations for the upcoming Jammu and Kashmir Board of School Education (JK BOSE) examinations. The meeting focused on ensuring the smooth and transparent conduct of the exams at all designated centers, set to begin tomorrow.
During the meeting, CEO Hafiz highlighted the critical importance of maintaining an uninterrupted power supply throughout the examination period. He directed Heads of Institutions (HOIs) to take proactive measures to ensure a stable power supply at all centers.
Additionally, Hafiz emphasized the need for a rotation system for supervisory staff, aimed at maintaining vigilance and preventing any potential irregularities during the exams. He also urged the Heads of Institutions to ensure that all examination centers are fully equipped and prepared to create an environment conducive to student performance.
The CEO reiterated the education department’s commitment to conducting the JK BOSE exams in a secure and efficient manner, in line with the board’s guidelines. He expressed confidence that all stakeholders would work collaboratively to ensure a fair and successful examination process for the students.
